Overview: The EdSets affiliate program is our way of saying 'THANKS' to all our customers who refer their friends and riding partners to us. EdSets has always been a 'word of mouth advertising' company because of the impression our products make on their owners. As a participant in the affiliate program, you have the opportunity to act as a 'sales associate' for EdSets and earn a commission on every sale.
How it works: To become an associate, simply send us an email to service@edsets.com and ask for your affiliate code. We will email it back to you quickly and you can then provide the code to your potential "customers". When they purchase something from the EdSets website using the code you provided them with, you will accumulate a commission in your registered EdSets account that is associated with your associate code. The code remains valid for 14 days on their computer, and can be refreshed at any time. If you are a new customer to EdSets, you can join the affiliate program yourself, but if you have been a customer before February, 2007, we will need to set your code up for you once you e-mail us.
Example: You receive the code 'jsmith' from EdSets, or input it yourself as a newly registered customer on EdSets. You want to direct a friend or even a group to get their EdSets products using your affiliate code. You provide them with this URL: "http://edsets.com/?af=jsmith" Note the "/?af=jsmith" part of that URL, that is what identifies YOU as the affiliate driving the sale, hence the commission is paid to you.
How much do I earn, and when do I get paid? Initially, you will receive 2.5% of the sales you generate. Once you accumulate 25.00, you will be paid in your choice of cash through PayPal, or in EdSets coupons good for products and services at EdSets.com. You do not need a PayPal account to receive money, only a valid email address. If you require a check mailed to you, a service fee of 5.00 will be charged to your commission account.
How much can I earn? There is no limit to how much you can earn on our affiliate program, as long as EdSets has stock to sell, you may earn money.
How do I join and get started? Log into the EdSets website with your registered account, or register a new account. Select 'user home' from the main menu on EdSets.com, and scroll to the top under 'Login Information'. There, you will see an affiliate code link you can provide to your group members, friends or riding partners. IF YOU DO NOT SEE the 'Login Information' section with the affiliate code, let us know via email to service@edsets.com and we will set up the account for you with the code you profide us (we recommend a short alpha code like 'sixpak12' or even the username you use on EdSets.com) Once you get your affiliate code, you will see the Login Information section with the affiliate code to use. Combine your affiliate code with the website link "http://edsets.com/?af=your_code_here", replacing 'your_code_here' with your real code. Then, pass it around and watch the commissions pile up!
Agreement: This affiliate service is not a guarantee of income, but a gesture of gratitude made by EdSets for the business our customers have helped us build. We reserve the right to terminate the individual affiliate member's affiliate status, or the entire affiliate program at any time. You must agree to act responsibly as an affiliate and to represent EdSets honorably and with good intentions. In turn, EdSets will do it's best to continue this program as described here. By joiining the affiliate program, you have agreed to behave and play nice and we have agreed to do the same!
