| The folks at PlugUp.com made Ed's custom insertable earbuds, and they
are absolutely wonderful. This is the next level in "endurance listening". Our speakers are the best of the industry, but even with them, you should wear earplugs to protect your hearing. With custom molded earbuds, you can protect your hearing and listen at the same time, but note: you can still damage your hearing with long exposure to high volume levels from ANY source. With custom earbuds, you can use LOW volume even at high speed similar to how you can hear our speakers better at high speed with earplugs in. Plug-Up folks (Marilyn Navia) also have earplugs you can check out, including a great musician's plug.
Try them yourself, protect your hearing on long and short rides. Make sure it's legal in your state to wear earbuds while riding, of course. Best used with the EdSets Universal Adapter for direct plug-in to the audio system. (see them HERE)

| Mic-Mutes are the only 'toggle on' - 'toggle off' intercom muting
system I know of. Not only do they work great, they use the built-in
handlebar control on the bike if possible (Goldwing) and are ultra reliable.
They work by enabling either rider to engage the mics or disengage them with a simple touch of the button or handlebar PTT, and they stay engaged or disengaged till you tap the button again. Very cool. No more 'Push and hold to talk' operation. VERY cool. Mine are 4 years old now, and are as reliable today as on the first day
I used them. Bill Morphy is a great guy to meet and work with. Highly
recommended products, and NOW they're available for the J&M CB2003 handlebar units.
