EdSets Custom Installation Service

When you purchase one of our excellent 3G Headsets, and also choose the optional EdSets Installation Service, you can be assured that your headset is properly and professionally treated, installed, and cared for while it is in our hands.  It will be installed to the highest standards, and we will consult you during installation if there are special requirements or issues.

After ordering your headset and the installation service, we don't ship your headsets, instead we set them aside and await your helmets.  You may choose to ship your helmets to EdSets from your home or from your helmet vendor directly to us. 

When you are ready to ship the helmets to us, we highly recommend using UPS.  Have the UPS Store include a return label with an ADDITIONAL two pounds to account for the headset, and double check your home address, or even an address on the road if you are traveling and need a helmet outfitted on the road.

So here's the re-cap:

1.  Order a headset, and choose the Installation service by clicking the option box.

2.  Pack up your helmet(s) and send them to us with a return shipping label with a 2-Pound extra weight for the headset.  Our address is:

3.  We will do the installation within usually two days, and return the helmets using your packaging and return label.

4.  We usually take installation photos during installations, and yours will likely be on our Google photo albums at http://www.picasaweb.google.com/edsetsdude

5.  You will receive notices that we've received your helmets, then a notice that the installation is scheduled, and finally that they've been returned to you.
