EdSets Policies are stated here so you understand the conditions under which we can do business and both benefit from the transactions we make. EdSets is customer focused. We realize sometimes customers may order the wrong items, and we're always happy to adjust and get you the products and parts you need.

Conditions of Use at EdSets.com

When you visit the EdSets website, you will read about products and view images of products that are as accurate as we can make them on a day to day basis. We never misrepresent anything knowingly and promise to correct any mistakes as quickly as they are discovered. By browsing our site, you agree not to hold us liable for mistakes, but more importantly, we value your input and welcome you pointing out any inaccuracies you may find. Other than that, we have no complex conditions of use. This site is here for your benefit, to educate you about EdSets and to offer you a way to purchase our products. It is as complete and accurate as we can make it and we promise to continually improve it.


Return Policy

EdSets ships new merchandise only. To minimize returns, we ask that you consider your purchases carefully and ask questions of us or others to make sure you're getting the right products for your application, then you are assured the correct gear for your situation, which makes everyone happy! If you find it necessary to return products, please be aware of these practical conditions on returns:

  • We try to avoid the situation where a new product is shipped to the customer, and in evaluating it, damages the product or makes it a 'used' item. Refunds are available only during the first 6 days after delivery, based on your USPS tracking status, and refunds will only be issued if we cannot provide a working headset within a reasonable time, in the case that a new headset has an inoperable component.
  • No refunds will be possible if products are purchased for or used with non-stock intercom systems [Click for Compatibility List]
  • Shipping fees are never refundable.
  • New Unopened Sets returned within 6 days IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: 100% Refund
  • Opened and not installed: 90% refund providing parts have not been installed or unwrapped (note that it is possible to plug in all the essential components for testing without unwrapping the speaker pouches, unwinding the 3G module wiring, and so on such that the headsets are still in new condition.
  • Removing covers from the non-essential items (cables, wiring, mic and speakers are essential parts and can be assembled for testing/evaluation without damage) from packaging such as speaker pouches or unwinding the wires on the 3G Module makes those components unsalable to another customer since they are not in new condition at that point, and the maximum refund is 50% or less depending on the condition of the overall headset and components.
  • Installed and removed from a helmet renders the headset used, and NO refund is possible. However, EdSets are easy to sell on eBay and on any of the forums as we have a large customer base that is always looking for a used bargain.
  • New damaged products: no refund possible on user-damaged items (i.e., your cable was dragged across Kansas because you didn't know it was loose...) but defective items are gladly replaced under warranty. 

    How to Return EdSets: Before sending your headsets back to us, please call us at 937-271-4077 or email us at support@edsets.com and let us assist you with any issues. Otherwise, simply pack your returns with your original packing invoice if you have it, and include the reason for return.  You don't need an RMA number, just your full name and address. Send returns to "EdSets Returns, 207 Mill Pond Chase, Warner Robins, GA 31088" via uninsured USPS Priority Mail (you get a free shipping box at the post office!)
