EdSets Policies are stated here so you understand the conditions under which we can do business and both benefit from the transactions we make. EdSets is customer focused and offers liberal sales, return and support policies.


Conditions of Use at EdSets.com

When you visit the EdSets website, you will read about products and view images of products that are as accurate as we can make them on a day to day basis. We never misrepresent anything knowingly and promise to correct any mistakes as quickly as they are discovered. By browsing our site, you agree not to hold us liable for mistakes, but more importantly, we value your input and welcome you pointing out any inaccuracies you may find. Other than that, we have no complex conditions of use. This site is here for your benefit, to educate you about EdSets and to offer you a way to purchase our products. It is as complete and accurate as we can make it and we promise to continually improve it.

Return Policy


EdSets ships new merchandise only, unless you've specifically arranged to purchase used or refurbished items from us. It's not our policy to sell items like that unless customers request it. Because of that, when you return products for any reason, EdSets cannot resell the items and we suffer a loss. To minimize that, we ask that you consider your purchases carefully and ask questions of us or others to make sure you're getting the right products for your application. If you find it necessary to return products, please be aware of these conditions:


  • Refunds are available only during first 30 Days (but call if you have reasonable issues with that!)
  • No refunds possible if products purchased for non-stock intercom systems [Click for Compatibility List]
  • Shipping is never refundable (at least it is less expensive than sales tax!)
  • New Unopened Sets IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: 100% Refund
  • Opened and not installed: 90% refund
  • Opened and components removed from OEM packaging and not in OEM condition: 75%
  • Installed and removed from a helmet, undamaged: 60% refund
  • New damaged products: no refund possible on user-damaged items but defective items gladly replaced.  We will refund any undamaged but defective product returned to us in 30 days.

    How to Return EdSets: Simply pack your returns with your original packing invoice if you have it, and include the reason for return.  You don't need an RMA number. Send returns to "EdSets Returns, 2416 Passage Key Tr, Xenia OH 45385" via uninsured USPS Priority Mail (you get a free shipping box at the post office!)
