2G Goldwing Headsets
Our 2G headsets are a basic configuration that work with most helmets except half shell/shorty models. They come with the same microphone and speakers that our 3G headsets use, so you don't sacrifice any sound quality by choosing a 2G. The difference is largely in the 2G's single lower coiled cable vs the 3G two-section cable, and the inside mounted dongle (which may add bulk inside the helmet in many models) vs the low profile external module used in the 3G. In addition, the 3G takes one additional microphone type as well as providing a 3.5mm standard stereo audio jack for input or output of an audio device or ear-bud speakers.
