We may email you a warranty coupon so you can order the part from the website at no cost other than shipping of your choice. To use the coupon, order your item on our website, then when the shopping cart appears, in the lower left corner, put in the code you got from us. Click "Apply". If you don't want to or can't order warranty replacement parts on the website, please note that warranty parts are then shipped via 1st class mail only.
