 How to Shop at EdSets Online Store 

We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little confusing so if you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the ordering process please contact us at 937-271-4077 and we'll try to help you out. And remember this important tip: There's nothing at all you can do online with your order and payments that we can't undo or fix with a simple phone call. So never worry about getting anything wrong, paying twice or having other problems. We're in total control of our online store and can fix anything at all. And the good thing is that 99.999% of our orders go just perfectly because the process is simple, intuitive and includes a lot of error checking and correction built into it!


Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at a retail store: you browse our catalog of products for the items you'd like, put them in a shopping basket with an 'add to cart' button, and complete your purchase at the check-out area where you verify you have what you want and what the charges are. The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week, ...and you don't have to put on shoes and leave the comfort of your home to shop!

So read on and find out how you can enjoy the shopping experience with Our Online Store.

Please NOTE:  We do require our customers to register on the website in order to purchase items from EdSets.  Your privacy is paramount, and we use the best in security and policy to make sure your personal information is never compromised or shared.  We require registration so that we can support you better if you ever need warranty service and to make repeat business easier for us both.  If you prefer not to register, you may call in and place an order and we will not store your information at all, but will need it each time we do business together in the future.



 Step 1.  Make Your Product Selections 

Once you're registered on the site, the first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you'd like. As you browse you'll see 'Add to cart' link. Once you've found the first product you'd like, simply add it to your online shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to cart' link. A message in red text will appear telling you it's been added.  You can adjust the quantity before clicking 'Add to cart' or simply add another item by clicking the 'Add to cart' link once for each additional item you want, and even changing the configuration or options each time. You can always remove items later on before checkout, so don't worry if you get too few or too many.

Just like in a retail store, the shopping cart is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view and adjust the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' link on your shopping page. And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your cart and put them back on the shelves, or grab another if you decide two is better than one. Once you've browsed around the store, looked at items and decided which ones to purchase and how many of each you want, you can proceed on to the checkout area by clicking on "Check Out" on any product's page or use the Shopping Cart link on the main menu bar at the top of the screen to check out.


 Step 2. Proceed to the Check Out 

If you are shopping with a Coupon Code, you need to go into your Shopping Cart to apply it before you enter the checkout process.  Use the link at the top of each page to see your cart at any time.  Once you've finished shopping and applied your coupon code if any, click "Check Out" from any product detail page or use the link on your shopping cart page at the bottom right.  Your cart contents are listed, any options are shown, and you have several shipping options based on your location and items ordered. 

Shipping cost is based on your choice of method during checkout. Each option and it's associated cost is displayed directly from a current rate quote from the respective courier services you see listed. Only the valid shipping methods for your address are listed, and rates are current up-to-the-minute quotes. 

There is a small box where you can send us a message with your order, just above the shipping options.  In this box, let us know any special needs or handling you want and we'll do our best to comply.


 Step 3. Submit your Order 

At this point you decide upon the payment method.  You can pay online by entering your credit card information, or by using PayPal.  The security on our site is as good as any site on the internet and we have a warranty against fraud, and take all possible steps to protect your information.  On any site, always  check that your browser shows the little padlock icon and that your address bar starts with 'https://" instead of 'http://' so you are assured that you're on a secure encrypted site.  This is far more secure than using a telephone or email to send credit card information because our site and others use military grade encryption to protect all transmissions of your credit card information.

If you submit your order online, you'll get an immediate acknowledgement in your electronic mailbox to let you know that we've received the order. We also receive notification and will generate a shipping label and packing slip for your order and you will receive emails from our credit card processing service as well as your shipping service (which you chose in checkout) with relevant order information tracking nubmers and cart contents, totals and any other special instructions you provided for us as a reminder.
