Need service, repair, warranty replacement??? Read below and then scroll down to submit a helpdesk ticket.


Here is what you need to do:
  1. Read the Troubleshooting FAQ to identify the real problem.
  2. Click HERE to send a warranty service request with a description of your problem and what you think you need to get you going again. (use service@edsets.com if the link doesn't work for you, and include name, shipping address, email address, and what you think you need and why (helps us double check the diagnosis).
  3. Check your email at the address you provided for an email including a Warranty coupon you will enter into the Coupon box on the first page of checkout when ordering warranty replacement parts from EdSets.
  4. Go to the website and order the part you need, and use the coupon code from step 3 on the first page of checkout, and be sure to click 'Apply'. Then, just select your preferred shipping method on the next page and check out as usual. (EdSets does not provide free shipping on warranty parts and supplies).

If your headset is out of warranty, you will not receive a 100% discount warranty coupon, but you should still follow this procedure to get your parts.

This is the ONLY warranty service method we can offer since it enables us to track our warranty replacements, and is also the FASTEST way to get your headset back in business after any kind of failure or damage. If you call us for warranty support, we will still refer you to the website to get your warranty service since it is still quicker and more effieicnt for you.

We know how important it is to your next group or solo ride, so don't hesitate or wait too long to ask for service if you need it!

Before submitting a request...note that most of the queries we receive are already answered for you in our FAQ. We would respectfully ask that you read the FAQ and product details pages rather than call in to get this basic detailed information.

To see the FULL DETAILS on a product, click on the product listing you are interested in (like "Headsets" or "Adapters" and you will see a list of products. Click the image of the product you are interested in to get it's detail pages. There, you will find the detailed Specification, Images, Applications and other tabs that include all the information many folks call in to ask about each day. It's quicker for you to read it here than to call in and ask, and we can provide more valuable support once you are familiar with the products and recommendations we have already made on fitment, application tech specs, etc. For instance, the exact size and thickness of the EdSets speakers and their electrical characteristics are all listed there on the details page, as well as our warranty info and much more.

Don't forget that you can also compare products to each other to see the differences when you are deciding what to purchase by checking their 'Compare' box and then clicking 'Compare' on any of them to compare all the features and options of those that you checked.

On the product detail pages, you will find a detailed description, pictures, specifications, recommended applications, helmet types and pictures of available options so you can make a better choice in equipping your helmet for sound and intercom use.
