1. INQUIRIES: If you just need to ask a question or get some pre-sales info on what you need then send me an email to ed@edsets.com and I will answer all your questions quickly. I can't take warranty requests at this email address, they will be ignored.
2. WARRANTY: If you have trouble with your headset not working right then read our troubleshooting guide, and THEN let me know what you think you need by clicking HERE . I will personally make sure we're getting you the right part if there's any question or uncertanty. We will email you a warranty coupon so you can order the part from the website at no cost other than shipping of your choice. Order your item, then when the shopping cart appears, in the lower left corner, put in the code you got from us. Click "Apply". If you don't want to or can't order warranty replacement parts on the website, please note that warranty parts are shipped via 1st class mail only.
3. RETURNS: If you need to send us anything for returns, warranty return, and so on, use this address:
