On my GL1800 - The sound quality is much lower in the helmet speakers than my bike speakers? I have adjusted everything I can and the sound in the helmet speakers are very low. I have to turn the volume almost all the way up to hear the music and still can't get the quality right (base, treble etc). Not sure what's going on. So for now I am using my bike speakers which have louder and more quality sound the the helmet speakers. I hope I didn't waste my money ?!
 
I finally got the speakers right where they are supposed to be and they sound great ! sorry for the previous comments....like the directions say about the speakers. Another person told me to put them over my ears and now they work great !!

Please email me off line. Sounds like either the mute button might be stuck, or the speaker location in the helmet is way off, which will eat all your sound quality. The speakers in the helmet will always outperform the fairing speakers if everything is working correctly. Let's take this as a support from EdSets and send me email at service@edsets.com.
